Domestic Shipping (USA, Canada, Mexico, US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico): Your order will be shipped via the US Post Office and generally takes 3-10 days to arrive.
Global Shipping: thefacechart.com offers worldwide shipping options. Delivery times vary from 7-30 days depending on your location, tracking numbers are generated for all orders within the USA and are provided automatically for Priority shipments. There may be some restrictions and certain products may not be able to ship to all international destinations. For all international shipments, we use the value of the order for customs documents. Our order and shipping costs do not include any pre-payment for local taxes, duties, or customs fees. If applicable, you will be responsible for paying local taxes, duties, and customs fees at receipt.
Be advised that the above times are from the date of dispatch. All orders are processed as quickly as possible and typically ship within 48 hours from the time the order is received. Orders received on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be available to ship until Monday. Orders received on a national holiday will not be available to ship until the following day. On some occasions we may ship your order out in more than one box. If damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately and provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. Inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. Keep the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Mailing addresses are copied as you enter them and we are not responsible for items that are lost, returned or delivered to the wrong address because the information provided was incorrect.
